    Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?

    Yes — you can modify your order after placing it, but timing is everything. Once art is approved, production begins immediately. Here's exactly what's possible at each stage.

     

    Stage 1 — Before Art Approval

    Changes Are Welcome

    Full Flexibility

    While your order is in the art review stage, you have full flexibility to make changes — quantities, imprint colors, shipping details, or anything else. Simply contact us and we'll update the order before your proof is sent.

     

    Stage 2 — After Art Approval

    Act Fast — Contact Us Immediately

    Time-Sensitive

    Once you approve the art, your order moves to production immediately. If you need to make a change after approving, contact us as soon as possible — by phone if you can. Speed is critical at this stage.

    We'll check with our production team on the status of your order and do everything we can to accommodate the change before work begins.

     

    Stage 3 — Production Underway

    Changes May Not Be Possible

    Limited Options

    Once production has begun — screens are made, ink is mixed, or materials are cut — changes and cancellations generally cannot be accommodated. Here's what we look at when you contact us:

    If Production Hasn't Started

    We'll revise the order or place it on hold depending on your request. Call us right away — every minute counts.

    If Production Has Started

    We may be unable to stop the process. Screens, materials, and labor already underway may not be recoverable.
