What are the art requirements for logo submissions?
Industry standards for promotional product artwork call for vector formats — files from software like Adobe Illustrator (.AI), CorelDraw (.CDR), or Scalable Vector Graphics (.SVG). Vector formats ensure the best clarity and scalability when printing on any product.
Artwork Requirements
Preferred: Vector Formats Best Results
Vector files are built from mathematically defined paths — they scale to any size without ever losing quality. This makes them the gold standard for promotional product printing.

Also Accepted: High-Resolution Raster Images
If you don't have a vector file, we accept high-resolution JPEG or PNG files. These can be converted to vector for printing — but the source image must be high quality and high resolution. Low-res raster files cannot be converted cleanly and may result in blurry output.
What Does "High Resolution" Mean?
High resolution means a high pixel count — enough detail to remain sharp and clear when scaled up for printing. For promotional products, we require a minimum of 300 dpi (dots per inch) for any raster image submission. Images below this threshold risk appearing blurry or pixelated in the final print.
What If My Artwork Is Low Resolution?
If the submitted artwork doesn't meet our resolution requirements, the final print may not be clear or crisp. In these cases, we offer an artwork recreation service — our design team can recreate or redraw your artwork to achieve optimal print quality.
Please note that an additional charge may apply for artwork recreation. Contact us for a quote before placing your order if you're unsure about your file quality.
Not sure if your file qualifies?Send it to us — our team will review it free of charge before anything goes to production.
