    GREAT Customer Service
    Richard was awesome solving a manufacturing/shipping issue that was completely out of his control. He figured out how to resolve the issue and hold the vendor accountable for the product. It would be nice to find a way to make sure the vendor is producing the same quality product on every order.

    Awesome Customized Product!
    The pens are perfect! I only wish I had confirmed the colors in the "assorted" order. I was under the impression that assorted meant I would get pens in each color offered but they only sent 5 colors. Be sure to confirm the color choices if you are ordering an assortment.

    We ordered these pens for our design firm and we love them! the site helped us come up with a clear imprint for the pens and we now use them daily! much better than lots of promotional companies we've worked with in the past

    Like the product but shipping not great
    We received the Paper Mate Flair Pens, which are great. The only problem was when the they shipped they came in a mangled box. Shipping company could have been more careful.
