How to Order
Four steps from browsing to delivery. Outfitting a crew works the same way whether you need 24 shirts for one site or 400 across a region.
Filter 350 styles by brand, garment type, fabric or color. Any printable file works, and our art team preps it for the print area free of charge.
A mockup shows where the logo sits, at what size, and in which ink colors. Nothing runs until you approve it.
Screen printing runs on a 24-piece minimum, roughly seven business days from approval. Faster tiers are available on most styles.
Tracking goes out by email the day the order leaves the production floor.
Work apparel is judged on whether it survives the job, not on how it photographs. The 350 styles here are weighted toward Bulwark and Red Kap, two names industrial buyers already know, and 249 of them are long sleeve. Fabric weights climb to 12.9 oz. That is a different class of garment from a giveaway tee, and it is priced accordingly, from $7.72 up to $477.89.
Visibility is the second question every crew asks. 64 styles are built for high-visibility work environments, and a subset carry specific ANSI/ISEA 107 designations stated on the individual product listing: 13 rated Class 2 and 27 rated Class 3. We do not put a blanket compliance claim across the category, because it would not be accurate. Check the listing for the garment you need and the rating is there.
The third question is restocking. Crews turn over and garments wear out, so a uniform program lives or dies on whether the same style is still available in eighteen months. Stocking staple industrial lines rather than seasonal fashion is what makes that work, and branded vests or shirts can be reordered against artwork we already hold on file.
Every figure below comes from live product data. Where a rating matters, as it does on a custom high visibility vest, it is stated on the individual listing rather than claimed across the whole category.
Hi-Vis & ANSI-Rated Styles
64 styles are built for high-visibility work. Of those, 13 carry an ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 2 designation and 27 carry Class 3. Yellow, orange and silver make up the core hi-vis palette. A custom high visibility vest in this group starts at $8.25.
Flame Resistant
37 styles use flame resistant fabric, the bulk of them Bulwark. These get specified by job requirement rather than preference, so check the listing against whatever standard your site works to.
Garment Types
Work and uniform shirts lead at 140 styles, followed by 80 jackets, 84 tees, 30 hooded sweatshirts, plus vests and coveralls in smaller numbers. Long sleeve outnumbers short sleeve by better than two to one.
Fabric & Weight
Cotton-polyester blends dominate at 127 styles, with 79 polyester, 42 all-cotton and 21 nylon. Weights reach 12.9 oz on outerwear, well beyond what a standard promotional garment carries.
Reflective Banding
Tape placement varies by garment and class. Chest and back banding is typical on Class 2 pieces, with added sleeve or shoulder banding on Class 3. The listing shows the configuration for each style.
Fit & Sizing
322 relaxed and 26 fitted styles, in men's, women's and unisex cuts. Relaxed dominates because layering over a base layer or a harness is the norm on site rather than the exception.
Every item in this category is configured for screen printing by default, on a 24-piece minimum. It is the workhorse method for hi-vis fabric because the ink lays down bold and holds through repeated industrial washing. Other methods are available where the artwork or the garment calls for them.
Ink pushed through a fine mesh stencil, one screen per color. Bold, durable on hi-vis fabric, and steadily more cost-effective as crew size climbs.
Standard on all 350 stylesFull color printed to film, then heat-pressed onto the garment. Handles reflective and multi-color logos on technical fabrics that resist conventional ink.
Multi-color on technical fabricStitched thread for a premium, textured finish that suits heavier workwear jackets and uniform shirts. Priced by stitch count.
Jackets & uniform shirtsA hybrid that lays a white underbase then prints full color digitally. Digital vibrancy with a screen-print feel, at its best from 75 pieces up.
Complex art, mid volumePlacement matters more here than on ordinary apparel. Decoration cannot sit on top of reflective banding without compromising it, so on a customized safety vest or a Class 3 shirt we plan the logo around the tape rather than over it. Left chest and centre back are the usual landing spots.
Names and job titles can be added below the logo, which turns a crew order into a personalized safety vest or shirt for each worker. Flame resistant garments carry their own decoration restrictions, so tell us the item and we will confirm what the manufacturer permits before anything runs.
Not sure whether your logo suits ink or thread on a given fabric? Send it over with the style number. We will tell you honestly which method will read better at distance, which is the only test that counts on a job site.
Safety apparel gets bought against a requirement rather than a preference, which makes the use case unusually specific. Here is where a safety vest with logo branding and the rest of this catalog tend to land.
Construction Crew Uniforms
Class 2 and Class 3 garments are the baseline on most sites. Order across the crew and top up as people join. A personalized safety vest carrying the wearer's name also helps where site access is controlled.
Field Service Teams
Technicians turning up at a customer's property need to look accountable before they say a word. A company logo on a work shirt does that, and it doubles as identification at the door.
Warehouse & Logistics Staff
Forklift traffic makes visibility a daily requirement rather than an occasional one. Hi-vis tees and lightweight branded vests work well indoors where a heavy jacket would be unbearable.
Utility & Municipal Workers
Roadside and right-of-way work usually calls for the higher class rating and often for flame resistant fabric too. Both are represented here, with the rating shown on each listing.
Corporate Safety Programs
Safety weeks, contractor inductions and site-visit kits all need apparel that visitors from the front office can pull on over their own clothes. Custom safety vests are the standard answer.
