How to Order
Four steps from browsing to delivery. Whether it is 24 shirts for one reception desk or 400 across a branch network, the process does not change.
Filter 243 styles by brand, fabric, fit, sleeve length or color. Any printable file works, and our art team preps it for the stitch area free of charge.
A mockup shows placement, size and thread colors on the shirt you picked. Nothing runs until you approve it.
Embroidery runs on a 24-piece minimum, roughly seven business days from approval.
Tracking goes out by email the day the shirts leave the production floor.
A dress shirt does something a polo cannot. It signals that the person wearing it is representing the company rather than simply working for it, which is why front desks, sales teams and executive staff end up here instead of on our polo page. The formality is the whole point.
We carry 243 styles, weighted toward Red Kap at 49, then Devon & Jones and Harriton at 35 each and Port Authority at 20. That mix serves two different buyers: the branch or restaurant standardizing a uniform, and the firm that wants client-facing staff in something closer to business dress. Both are covered without pushing you toward whichever line we happen to hold most of.
Every shirt is configured for traditional embroidery, which matters more on a woven shirt than on a knit. Thread on a placket or cuff keeps its shape through commercial laundering in a way ink on a dress weave does not. Minimums stay at 24 pieces, so a six-person office ordering men's custom dress shirts is as workable as a 300-shirt rollout.
Figures below come from live product data. Weave and finish vary by style, so the individual listing is the source of truth for any given shirt.
Weave & Fabric
Cotton-polyester blends lead at 117 styles, with 43 polyester, 35 performance blends and 33 all-cotton. Twill appears on 18 styles, poplin on 16 and oxford on 13.
Wrinkle Resistance
42 styles are built to resist wrinkling, which is the property most often asked for by staff who travel or work a full shift without changing.
Fabric Weight
Weights run from 2 oz through 6.9 oz, with 117 styles sitting in the 4 to 4.9 oz band. Lighter than a polo, as a woven shirt should be.
Fit & Sizing
154 relaxed and 89 fitted, in men's, women's and unisex cuts. Sizes cover XS through XL on 208 styles, with 2XL on 174 and 5XL on 36.
Sleeve Length
155 long sleeve against 80 short sleeve, plus a few three-quarter options. Long sleeve dominates because it simply reads as more formal.
Colors
16 color families. Blue leads at 218 styles, then black at 151 and white at 135, which covers most corporate dress codes without special ordering.
Every shirt here is configured for traditional embroidery, priced by stitch count. On a woven garment that is the right default: thread sits cleanly on a placket or cuff and survives the laundering a uniform shirt gets put through.
Your logo stitched into the fabric. Left chest is standard, with cuff and collar placements both possible.
Standard on all 243 stylesIndividual names or initials stitched alongside the company mark, which is what turns a batch order into a shirt each person owns.
Names & initialsInstant thread coloring produces gradients and effectively unlimited colors inside a single stitched design.
Complex logosAvailable on request where artwork is too large or too finely detailed for thread to carry cleanly.
On requestLeft chest is where most logos land. Sleeve, cuff and collar positions all work, and whichever you pick will be on the proof before anything runs. Buyers ordering custom button up shirts for a uniform program usually stay with left chest and add names underneath.
An embroidered button down shirt with a name below the logo reads as considered rather than issued, which is the difference between a uniform people tolerate and one they wear willingly. Digitizing your artwork for thread is included, not billed separately.
Worth being clear about one thing: these are stock garments decorated to order, not custom made dress shirts cut to individual measurements. If your logo has fine gradients, send it over and we will tell you honestly whether thread can carry it at chest size.
Dress shirts get bought where appearance is part of the service being sold. Here is where they tend to land.
Client-Facing Staff Uniforms
Anyone who meets customers in person carries the brand on their back. A woven shirt with a stitched logo sets a different tone from a knit polo, particularly in professional services.
Executive Dress Code Programs
Firms with a stated dress code often supply the shirt rather than police the rule. It removes ambiguity and guarantees the logo is applied consistently.
Front Desk & Reception Teams
The first person a visitor sees. Long sleeve, wrinkle resistant and in a color that matches your palette does more for first impressions than most marketing spend.
Corporate Onboarding Kits
A shirt in a welcome kit tells a new hire what the workplace expects before anyone has to explain it. Low minimums mean you can order for a handful of starters.
Real Estate & Financial Services Staff
Agents and advisors work in other people’s homes and offices. A branded shirt functions as identification and as a quiet credential at the same time.
Twenty-five years of business apparel orders. Dress shirts are among the steadiest repeat work we take on, well ahead of most promotional apparel. Here is what comes standard:
- Free digital mockup before production — placement, size and thread colors shown on the actual shirt you chose
- Bulk pricing with no hidden artwork fees — digitizing and file cleanup are included, not billed at the end
- Fast, transparent turnaround — about seven business days as standard, with faster tiers on most styles
- Satisfaction and reprint guarantee — if the order does not match the proof you approved, we make it right
- A 24-piece minimum — small enough for one office, with sizes mixed freely inside that count
- Consistent, high-quality output — shirt 240 should look exactly like shirt 1, and we check that it does
24 brands across 243 styles. Buy Red Kap and Dickies for uniform programs that need to survive daily wear, or Devon & Jones, Harriton and Port Authority when the shirt is meant to read as business dress rather than workwear.
