On any category page, use the filter panel on the left to select your desired production time. Only eligible rush products will appear.

A blue rush icon on the product page confirms rush service is available. Full production time details are listed in each product's description.
Rush service covers production time only — not the time it takes to travel from our facility to your door. Both matter when you're working against a deadline.

How fast your order is manufactured and ready to ship. This is what "1-day rush" and similar options refer to.
Transit Time
How long the carrier takes to deliver to your address. We offer expedited shipping to minimize this — and since our products ship from multiple US locations, transit times vary. Ask us for a precise estimate.
"1-Day Rush" does not mean same-day shipping. Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST ship the following business day. This cutoff is sometimes flexible — contact us and we'll tell you exactly what's possible. Promotional products require preparation, printing, drying, packing, and dispatch before they leave our facility.
If the product you want doesn't show a rush option, don't give up. We can often source it from an alternate vendor with faster turnaround, or check with our production team to see if your order can be prioritized. A quick phone call is always worth it when you're on a deadline.
