How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships from our facility, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. There are two easy ways to check your delivery status.

How to Track Your Order
1 | Via Your Shipment Confirmation Email Open your shipment confirmation email and click the tracking number link. You'll be taken directly to the carrier's website where you can see your delivery's current status and estimated arrival date. |
2 | Via Your Save Your Ink Account Log in to your account and go to My Orders. Find your recent order — if it has shipped, the tracking number will be displayed right on the order page. View My Orders → |
Tracking Not Updating?
It can take up to 24 hours for a tracking number to show activity after your order ships. If your tracking number still isn't showing updates after that window, contact our team and we'll investigate right away.
