    We take pride in delivering exactly what you approved. Our pre-purchase process — free samples, virtual proofs, and pre-production options — is designed to ensure you love the result before a single item ships.

    In the rare case something isn't right, we'll make it right.

    Returns for Defective Products or Printing Errors

    Eligibility

    We accept returns only when the product received is defective or when a printing error deviates from the approved virtual proof. Because every order is custom-produced to your specifications, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or ordering errors.

    Report Within 15 Days

    Any defects or printing errors must be reported within 15 days of receiving your order. Issues reported after this window may not be eligible for a return or replacement.

    Contact Us with Photos

    To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with a description of the issue and clear photos of the defect. Once confirmed, we'll walk you through the return process.

    Refund or Replacement — Your Choice

    Once returned items are received and the defect is confirmed, we'll either issue a full refund or produce a fresh replacement order at no additional cost — whichever you prefer.

    Request a blank sample of a product before you order. Feel the quality and confirm it meets your expectations — at no charge.

    Free Virtual Proof

    Every order includes a free virtual proof for your approval before production begins. Nothing goes to print until you sign off.

    Want to see the real thing first? We can produce a single printed sample for your review before running the full order. Note: this adds to the production timeline.

    When Reporting a Defect, Have This Ready

    Your order number, clear photos of the defective item(s), and a description of how it differs from your approved proof. This helps us resolve your case as quickly as possible.
