When will my credit appear on my account?
Once a return is processed or a refund is issued, the time it takes to see the credit depends on the payment method used.
Most credit card refunds appear within 3–5 business days. If you're past the expected window, reach out and we'll look into it immediately.
Refund Timelines by Payment Method
Credit Card Refund 3–5 business days Timing depends on your bank's processing schedule. The refund is issued on our end right away — your bank determines when it posts to your statement. | Store Credit 1–2 business days If you opted for store credit instead of a cash refund, it will be applied to your Save Your Ink account within 1–2 business days. |
Check or Bank Transfer 7–10 business days Refunds processed via bank transfer or mailed check take longer to arrive. Allow up to 10 business days before following up. | Past the Expected Window?
