Every order includes a free virtual proof — and nothing goes to production until you approve it.
You can request a proof before or after placing your order. Revisions are free and unlimited — we are not satisfied until you are. To request a proof before ordering, click the "Art Proof Request" link on any product page.
The Proof Process
Why Virtual Proofs Are Essential
We understand the hesitation of ordering a custom product without seeing it first. That is why every order includes a virtual proof — a digital mockup showing exactly how your logo or design will appear on the product you selected. Our graphics team creates these using professional art software, combining a product image with your artwork to produce a realistic rendering of the finished item.
We will not process payment or begin production until we receive your written approval of the proof. This protects you from surprises and gives you full control over how your brand appears on the finished product.

Spec Production Sample
Printed Sample (With Your Imprint)
Want to see your actual logo on the actual product before ordering in bulk? We offer spec samples — contact us for pricing. If you proceed with a full order, the sample charge is applied to it. Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days. Note: once a proof is approved, any errors are the customer's responsibility.
